Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool and surrounding areas during hours of operation.
• Contact Habitat team members in the event of on-site emergencies
• Complete incident reports, when necessary
• Assist with resident inquiries and activities (e.g. moving tables and chairs, etc.)
• Maintain quality of pool water, contacting the maintenance team if issues arise
• Report noise violations and other forms of misconduct to Community Manager
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
• Perform other related duties as assigned
