Job summary

Vesta Property Services is seeking a part-time Clubhouse Staff member in Westlake, FL. You will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering courteous service and handling basic administrative tasks in a clubhouse setting.

The role includes greeting visitors, coordinating events, giving facility tours, enforcing community rules, and supporting front-desk operations with registrations and phone inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Prior administrative experience is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gate Access: greet residents, guests and ensure proper registration.
• Special Events: select venue considering participants and purpose.
• Show Nights: collect tickets and assist guests to seats.
• Provide a visible presence in and around the facility.
• Provide tours of the facility.
• Enforce community policies tactfully.
• Address conflicts or concerns promptly.
• Handle administrative duties such as room reservations and phone calls.
• Assist with additional cleaning in or around the facility.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
