City of Victoria TX is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant to support Riverside Golf Course operations, including golf shop, beverage cart, cart service, clubhouse, tournaments, and special events. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to City policies.

The position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, golf, recreation, or related experience preferred.
• Precious experience providing employee training or lead support preferred.
• Must be able to work Thursday through Monday, including weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to golfers and guests.
• Assist with daily golf shop, beverage cart, cart service, clubhouse, and facility operations.
• Assist with training and onboarding of part-time employees.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and assist with daily sales and inventory reconciliation.
• Promote and enforce golf course policies and etiquette.
• Assist with tournaments, outings, and special events setup and operations.
