Job summary

The City of Victoria TX is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant for Riverside Golf Course to deliver snacks and beverages with outstanding service. You will stock, rotate, and manage inventory, process payments, and ensure a clean, secure beverage cart throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates are 18 or older, with a HS diploma, ability to work varied hours, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. Part-time role with eligible benefits as defined by the city.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Basic math proficiency related to cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, first-class customer service when delivering snacks and beverages on-course, in the clubhouse, and during all shifts.
• Stock and restock inventory and supplies at the beginning of the day, throughout the day, and as directed by operating checklists.
• Process all transactions using the POS system, including cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized beverage cart and ensure security of money and inventory.
