CLUB STUDIO, the newest brand from Fitness International, LLC, is seeking a motivated FITNESS CLUB SALES MANAGER to join our team in Kingwood, Texas!

WHO WE ARE:

Where you can do it all without going everywhere to do it. Club Studio features five innovative boutique fitness studios designed to create a unique member experience, including free weights, strength/cardio areas, functional/personal training zones, pickleball courts, a pool, locker rooms, and Recovery Centers. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and state-of-the-art gym collide. Fitness in a class of its own!

WHO YOU ARE: FITNESS CLUB SALES MANAGER

You are passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals. You strive to deliver a first-class experience to members, are driven to meet sales goals, solution-oriented, humble in victory, and view setbacks as learning opportunities. You are a team builder, mentor, industry advocate, and knowledgeable about the competitive landscape. You build relationships within and outside the business and have proven leadership in membership sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Hire, train, and develop a talented, fitness-minded sales team.
  2. Set and surpass daily sales goals for yourself and your team.
  3. Assist in managing the club’s operations to ensure cleanliness and profitability, collaborating with managers and staff.
  4. Proficiently sell fitness memberships and various studio classes.
  5. Ensure your team can effectively communicate studio concepts.
  6. Support community outreach and assist in planning in-studio events.
  7. Participate in daily 15-minute meetings with the management team to review previous day’s performance and plan strategies.
  8. Generate new clients and motivate your team to do the same.
  9. Create a positive, safe, team-oriented environment.
  10. Take responsibility for club needs and assist as necessary.
  11. Understand management as achieving goals through voluntary cooperation.
  12. Continuously seek to develop management skills.
  13. Be punctual, well-dressed, and prepared to work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least 2 years of management or leadership experience in the fitness industry.
  2. Experience in fitness-related sales.
  3. Availability to work 45-50 hours per week, including Saturdays until 1 pm.
  4. Experience in team management and motivation.
  5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  6. Passion for career growth in fitness and health with Club Studio.
