Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in service or related food serving roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of serving and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish member identity, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Suggestive selling of Chef’s specials and daily fish items.
• Maintain station cleanliness and proper serving equipment.
• Handle guest requests promptly and manage payments.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and report issues to supervisor/manager.
• Perform cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
