Job summary

PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Part-Time Members Club Food Runner to support the Members Club dining room. You will deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables and ensure orders reach guests accurately and promptly.

You’ll coordinate between front and back of the house, relay specials and allergies to the kitchen, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked dining area. A high school diploma is required and flexibility for day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to the Guest tables.
Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies).
Clear and clean tables.
Fill water glasses and soft drinks.
Maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.
Must have or be willing to get food handlers certification and alcohol compliance certification if applicable.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
