Job summary

Invited Clubs in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations at the club’s restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to standards and safety guidelines.

You will lead service staff, manage reservations and event setups, participate in training, and ensure guest experiences meet expectations during both busy and quiet periods within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or club-related food & beverage.
• Preferred certifications: ServeSafe, ABC, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Invited’s service standards.
• Oversee service of food and beverages to members and guests.
• Supervise service staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Execute member orders and special requests.
• Assist in training and incentive programs for staff.
• Review reservations and function sheets for shifts.
• Open and close for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain room setups and cleanliness for upcoming services or events.
