Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train associates on processes, member service techniques, and safety procedures.
• Oversee Sam's Club Pickup and ecommerce programs, audit orders, and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, signage, and display maintenance.
• Lead and participate in teams, monitor KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Deliver excellent member service, identify needs, and assist with self-service tools.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and coverage at pickup locations.
