Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee all club operations under the supervision of the Operating Partner. You will drive staffing, service quality, and membership growth while leading a team of servant leaders dedicated to transforming lives.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure payroll accuracy, maintain facility standards, and report progress weekly. The role expects a strong customer focus and a passion for fitness and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• High school education/GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Ability to successfully coach and develop team members.
• Ability to work all available shifts if necessary

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and team performs to standards.
• Consistently achieve monthly goals and KPI targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage club labor and payroll accuracy.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety and pass inspections.
• Coach and discipline staff as needed to meet standards.
• Drive membership sales and participate in community outreach.
• Invest in staff training and development.
