Crunch Fitness in New Jersey is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead our fitness center, build a high-performing team, and deliver strong financial results. This is a ground-up opportunity to shape culture, service, and growth, with a focus on member experience, sales, and operations.

The ideal candidate is a people-focused, business-minded leader with at least 4+ years of management experience, strong communication and sales skills, and a commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong sales, customer service, and business management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; recruit, hire, train, and retain exceptional employees.
• Set the standard for customer service, sales, professionalism, and accountability.
• Drive membership sales, personal training revenue, member retention, and club profitability.
• Develop lead-generation, promotional, referral, and community outreach initiatives.
• Oversee daily club operations including staffing, member services, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor member satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
