Houston Fitness Partners is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to lead daily front-desk and member services, oversee staff, and ensure a safe, clean, welcoming gym environment. The role emphasizes strong customer service, supervision, and procedural adherence across Planet Fitness locations.

You will manage scheduling, training, and member relations, while supporting the Club Manager with reporting and operations. This position offers growth and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ and able to pass background check.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED certification before employment and maintain it.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in fitness or retail.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure top customer service.
• Resolve member concerns in a fair and timely manner.
• Assist with staff management, reporting, inventory and other duties.
• Enforce company policies with staff and members.
• Oversee front desk tasks, member sign-ups and guest assistance.
