Job summary

Excel Fitness in Fuquay-Varina, NC seeks a capable Team Leader to support the GM and AM, oversee up to 6 Team Players, and uphold the Excel values during daily operations.

You will train staff, monitor member service and cleanliness, perform audits, and coordinate inventory with management. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required with training within 30 days.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM and AM in implementing strategies and training new Team Players.
• Supervise and inspire Team Players to meet company metrics.
• Maintain high level of member service, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure Excel standards are met.
• Audit inventory and coordinate with GM/AM on orders.
• Oversee operations when GM/AM are off and stay proficient in PFHQ/Excel.
• Represent the company at community events and outreach activities.
