Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily club operations and ensure members receive top service to maintain a clean, welcoming facility. This is a full-time, salaried exempt role with room for advancement within a dynamic fitness environment.

You will lead the front desk and staff, coordinate with Personal Training and Group Fitness, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold standards for cleanliness and safety while

Responsibilities

• Achieve target revenue goals through leadership and motivation of employees
• Daily past due account collections and calls
• Monitor flagged check-ins to increase revenue and collections
• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members
• Train and supervise the front desk, housekeeping, and Kid's Crunch staff
• Coordinate and work with other departments, including Personal Training and Group Fitness
• Promote a professional and inviting environment that enhances the quality of service and care offered to members
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
• Other duties as assigned
