Crunch Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Charlotte University club to drive member experience, sales performance, and team development.

You will partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, coach front desk and sales teams, and execute growth initiatives as Crunch expands its footprint. This role offers a clear path to future General Manager responsibilities and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales through daily goals, lead management, and closing techniques.
• Train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams to deliver high performance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and staff coverage.
• Deliver exceptional member service and handle inquiries or escalations with urgency.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies aligned with club goals.
• Foster a high-energy, team-oriented environment reflecting Crunch's No Judgments philosophy.
• Participate in leadership development toward a future General Manager role.
