Green Bay Country Club, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM/COO in overseeing daily club operations and leading the Food & Beverage department to deliver exceptional service across the Main Clubhouse, Golf, and Sports Center.

The AGM will coordinate with department leaders, manage guest relations, and support strategic initiatives while ensuring financial and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership in hospitality, private clubs, or similar environment.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with members and staff.
• Demonstrated career longevity in private club operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of clubhouse operations in partnership with GM/COO.
• Coach and develop department managers and teams, promoting a service-focused culture.
• Maintain high service standards to deliver exceptional member experiences across the Club.
• Oversee F&B dining, banquet, events, and catering with culinary and service teams.
• Serve as liaison between departments, committees, the Board, and GM/COO.
• Assist with budgeting, labor, inventory, and operating expense management.
• Manage capital projects and facilities improvements from planning through completion.
• Attend Board/committee meetings as needed and support membership initiatives.
