You will operate in a relational, boutique setting, emphasizing trust, timing, and fit to move prospects toward initiation. Strong Miami ties and a consultative closing approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in membership sales or client acquisition within private clubs or high‑touch environments.
• Proven close in consultative, relationship‑driven contexts with a track record of conversions.
• Deep familiarity with Miami's high‑net‑worth, creative communities; established network is a bonus.
• Exceptional interpersonal presence and ability to build trust quickly across professional and cultural settings.
• CRM fluency and pipeline discipline; treat documentation as a sales tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the new membership funnel end to end — sourcing, qualifying, touring, and closing.
• Lead outbound strategy grounded in referral cultivation, strategic networking, and event-based lead generation.
• Lead corporate and institutional opportunities with the Director of Membership.
• Maintain complete CRM records from inquiry through close and ensure clear attribution.
