Job summary

Terravita Golf & Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Member Services professional to support administrative tasks, member communications, and data management. You will work under the Membership Director to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities within Troon.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college.
• Six months to one year of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Composes and types routine correspondence, including letters and reports.
• Maintains member databases and filing systems; assists Membership Director.
• Answers member and prospective member questions accurately.
• Handles inquiries and invites prospective members to learn about club amenities.
• Prepares mailings and mail merges from electronic files.
• Maintains inventory of membership kits and notices; updates kiosks.
• Operates office machines and uses Outlook, Word, Publisher, Excel.
• Orders supplies and collateral for membership kits.
• Understands membership categories, sales processes, and enrollment.
