Terravita Golf & Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Member Services associate to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property managed by Troon.

You will handle routine correspondence, maintain member records, assist with enrollment and events, and support sales activities during club functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Composes and types routine correspondence, including memos, letters, club announcements, member newsletters and reports.
• Maintains electronic member and prospective member databases and hard files; assists Membership Director with admin tasks.
• Answers member and prospective member questions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Initiates telephone outreach to prospective members and handles event reservations.
• Prepares and distributes club mailings and sales information; creates mail merges.
• Maintains inventory of membership kits and notices; updates neighborhood kiosks.
• Performs administrative and sales duties during Club events and handles social media needs.
• Maintains understanding of membership categories, sales processes and enrollment procedures.
