Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in West Des Moines, IA seeks a Club Manager to lead daily operations of a busy health club. You will oversee staff, ensure member satisfaction, and drive performance with a focus on service quality and strategic growth.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, CPR certification (or within 60 days), and proven cash handling experience. We promote advancement and reward strong performers.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date.
• Experience in cash handling and credit cards.

Job Requirements:

• Available to work weekends and evenings and holidays
