Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking a Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive member satisfaction, and coach staff across departments to deliver exceptional service.

This full-time position reports to the Regional Club Manager and requires weekend/evening availability, CPR certification (or within 60 days), strong teamwork, cash handling and credit card experience, and a proactive approach to resolving member inquiries.

Qualifications

• Weekend/evening/holiday availability required.
• Must hold CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of start date.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Experience in cash handling and processing credit/debit cards.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing Genesis Health Clubs.
• Provide input in developing strategies to support goals and objectives.
• Recommend staff development/education activities.
• Develop and build a team atmosphere among staff and departments.
• Respond effectively to common inquiries or complaints.
