Planet Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a premier Judgement Free experience while driving club profitability. You will lead a diverse team, manage front desk, payroll, safety, and marketing efforts, and ensure top-tier member satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for service with full-time hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Confident problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff including Member Service Representatives and Trainers.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with exceptional service.
• Schedule staff and ensure shifts are covered.
• Lead by example and coach team while upholding PF values.
• Manage payroll processing and administrative tasks.
• Oversee front desk activities and member check-in/tours.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of the facility and equipment.
