You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, support members and staff, and ensure the club is open, staffed, and aligned with current promotions. Compensation ranges from $39,000 to $42,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
