We are searching for a Club Manager to join our team! This leadership role requires a growth-oriented leader passionate about making a positive impact. Your Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain a culture of excellence and a superior experience for members, with regular feedback on operations, cleanliness, service, satisfaction, and financial goals.
  2. Create a Judgment Free Zone that respects and supports members in achieving their goals.
  3. Analyze business trends and develop strategies to increase membership and retention.
  4. Control expenses and payroll effectively.
  5. Review trends, recommend changes, and ensure policy compliance through meetings and audits.
  6. Address performance issues, recruit management talent, and develop staff.
  7. Monitor inventory and uphold member service standards.
  8. Maintain display and signage standards.
  9. Follow up on tasks, analyze reports, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
  10. Schedule staff, including rotating coverage with the Assistant Manager.
  11. Manage club opening/closing, safety, disciplinary actions, repairs, and marketing efforts.
  12. Conduct regular self-assessments to measure success.

Your Qualifications

  1. Leadership, teamwork, and personal growth experience.
  2. Customer service background, preferably in a gym setting.
  3. Computer literacy, financial management skills, and attention to detail.
  4. Strong communication, initiative, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  5. Technical capacity and ethical conduct.

Position Details

This is a full-time, exempt role. Hours vary between Monday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m., including holidays.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a gym.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • CPR Certification (provided during employment).
  • Planet Fitness University classes and tanning certification (provided during employment).
