Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe, handling mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, and millwork while ensuring a positive guest experience in a high-energy health club environment. Responsibilities include performing repairs, verifying environmental parameters, prioritizing requests, and logging all activities in maintenance software.

Candidates must have a HS diploma, 3–4 years of maintenance experience, and CPR/AED certification within 30

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to routinely bend and lift 20+ lbs and move about the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems and laundry equipment.
Verifies logs and inspections: temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet requirements.
Responds promptly to repair requests and emergencies.
Records all maintenance activity in the Maintenance Tracking software.
