Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and bend regularly (over 20 lbs).
• Ability to move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets like millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet requirements via logs/inspections.
• Responds to repair requests and emergencies; prioritizes tasks.
• Records maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software.
