Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe, ensuring mechanical systems operate smoothly. You will handle plumbing, lighting, millwork repairs, and door hardware, in a high-energy health club environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. The role is hourly with wages starting at $23.50 and up to $31.75 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to move around the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on assets (millwork, plumbing, lighting, pools, laundry).
• Verify temperatures, pressures, and chemistry meet requirements.
• Respond to repair requests and emergencies promptly.
• Log maintenance activities into tracking software.
