Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs well maintained and safe in a high-energy health club environment. The role includes routine maintenance and repairs of plumbing, lighting, millwork, and door hardware to ensure a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, the ability to lift 20 lbs regularly, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. Must be comfortable moving around the club for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to routinely bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures, and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements via logs/inspections.
• Responds promptly to repair requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks.
• Records all repair and preventive maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software.
