Job summary

Invited is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure safety and uphold pool-side standards for members, guests, and staff. The role requires active monitoring of the pool, enforcing rules, and prompt emergency response to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Required certifications include ASCA or USA swimming certification, and CPR/First Aid/AED within the last 6 months. Strong communication with guests and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be ASCA or USA swimming certified.
• CPR, first aid, and AED certifications must be current (within last 6 months).
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area to enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies.
• Engage with members to promote aquatic club activities.
• Observe and enforce pool hours of operation.
• Assist with pool deck cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Maintain continuous pool supervision during breaks as required.
