Job summary

Lifeatheritage is seeking a vigilant pool lifeguard to ensure safety around the pool, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies. The role requires current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification and strong swim skills.

Prior lifeguard experience is preferred but not required, with emphasis on calm, clear communication and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include rescuing when needed, conducting safety inspections, and maintaining pool area cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the pool area.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents that may occur.
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify hazards or risks.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including regular pool cleaning duties.
