Job summary

Invited is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of members, guests, and staff around the pool during operating hours and events. Monitor the pool, enforce safety protocols, and respond to emergencies promptly to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.

The role supports maintaining a polished club image, coordinating with Aquatics leadership, and ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASCA or USA swimming certification.
• CPR, first aid and AED certifications updated within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area and enforce all pool rules and club policies.
• Register members and guests entering the pool area to track usage.
• Position lifeguards to cover all pool areas and supervise during peak times.
• Open and close pool facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in required activities.

Skills

ASCA or USA swimming certification

CPR, First Aid, AED (within 6 months)
