Job summary

Invited is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety of members, guests, and staff around the pool during operating hours and events. The role requires monitoring, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment.

The candidate should hold ASCA or USA Swimming certification, CPR/First Aid/AED current within six months, and have strong communication skills. High school diploma preferred; experience coaching swimmers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASCA or USA Swimming certification.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification current within last six months.
• Must communicate effectively with staff, members and guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool area and enforce all safety rules and club policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a safe, clean pool environment.
• Register members and guests and monitor pool usage.
• Position lifeguards to cover all areas and maintain safety during shifts.
