Job summary

Invited is seeking a lifeguard dedicated to maintaining a safe pool environment for members, guests, and staff. You will monitor aquatic areas, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies with professionalism.

The role involves coordinating with team members, managing pool hours, registering entrants, and ensuring pristine pool facilities. CPR/First Aid/AED certifications within the last 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASCA or USA Swimming certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certified within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of all members, guests, and staff in and around the pool area.
• Monitor pool operations and enforce all pool rules and club policies.
• Register members and guests entering the pool area to monitor usage.
• Strategically position lifeguards to cover all pool areas and monitor blind spots.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and pool area safety throughout shifts.
