Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, with holidays and weekends required. 1-2 years of cooking experience and a High School or equivalent diploma are preferred. Safety, sanitation, and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years cooking experience.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• Experience in maintaining safe working conditions.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Able to take direction.

Responsibilities

• Owns 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
• Assists with set-up and preparation for all outlets on the property.
• Follows standard recipes for all items.
• Helps conduct monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintains proper use and cleaning of equipment.
• Performs cleaning and sanitation duties as directed.
• Assist with receiving and storage of products.
• Complies with Department of Health regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
