Anytime Fitness is seeking a driven Club Sales Manager to lead the member experience, grow memberships, and manage day-to-day club operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, implement marketing initiatives, and ensure exceptional service in a friendly, upbeat setting.

The role emphasizes sales, customer relations, and accountability, with opportunities to advance within a growing franchise. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fitness-focused community.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team and be a self-starter.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with active follow-up of members and prospects.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to members.
• Review club reports to identify trends and adjust strategies.
• Lead meetings, set goals, and perform performance reviews.
