Qualifications
- Must obtain AF fitness-certified personal trainer certification within 90 days.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Friendly, outgoing and warm personality.
- Available to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends).
- Technologically savvy and self-motivated.
- Good at managing time and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Owns sales performance goals and new client acquisition.
- Understand potential clients' background, goals and motivation.
- Build trust and identify solutions for healthier life.
- Manage day-to-day club operations and welcome guests.
- Sell memberships and training services; lead staff to cohesion.
- Deliver pre-designed workouts and program individualized plans.
- Promote the brand through community outreach and campaigns.
- Lead a team, drive results with motivation and culture.
