Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a driven General Manager to lead a busy Denver club. You will oversee membership sales, revenue growth, and overall club operations, guiding a high-performing team to deliver exceptional member experiences and hit ambitious targets.

You’ll recruit, coach, and energize staff, ensuring a welcoming environment, strong service culture, and compliant, profitable operations. A results-oriented leader with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness.
• 2-4 years of progressive management supervising 3-10+ employees.
• Ability to inspire teams and deliver on member initiatives with service focus.
• Experience creating a high-performance culture through development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive membership sales and revenue streams beyond fitness.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide coaching and leadership, setting clear objectives and accountability.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused club environment to engage members.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of the club.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability within company policies.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the club at events.
• Develop and execute member retention programs and engagement activities.
• Promote adherence to policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain a consistent schedule aligned to peak hours (9–7 or 10–8).
