Retro Fitness SE Florida is seeking a General Manager to run a high-volume club, not just manage a gym. You will own results, lead a full team across sales, fitness, and operations, and set the tone members feel the moment they walk through the doors.

You will lead from the floor, coach staff, and engage members, with ownership, urgency, and daily execution. The role offers real upside and a path to multi-unit leadership in the SE Florida market.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people.
• 3 to 5 years in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience driving sales and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Sales, Fitness, Front Desk, and Cleaning.
• Own membership growth, personal training revenue, and retention.
• Build and hold accountable a high performing team.
• Reinforce Retro Fitness standards through daily example.
• Be visible on the floor coaching staff and engaging members.
• Resolve member issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage schedules, payroll accuracy, and staffing coverage.
• Track key metrics and manage the club to budget.
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on strategy and results.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays except Christmas.
