Retro Fitness is seeking a General Manager in Bay Shore, NY to own a high-volume club and lead a dynamic team. You will create an outstanding member experience, drive performance, and deliver real business results with a people-first leadership approach.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage daily operations, and push membership growth while maintaining brand standards and safety. This role offers growth into district leadership and performance bonuses.

Formación

• 1+ year of General Manager or senior leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail.
• Record of achieving revenue and operational goals.
• Capable of coaching, team building, and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team across Sales, Fitness, and Front Desk.
• Oversee daily operations to keep the club clean, safe, and staffed.
• Drive membership growth and personal training revenue from the front, using reports to track KPIs.
• Maintain brand standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.
