Retro Fitness in Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will be on the floor, leading from the front and serving as the right hand to the General Manager. This role is designed as a leadership pipeline with promotion to Club Manager within 12 to 18 months based on performance.

Qualifications

• One or more years of leadership, keyholder, or shift-lead experience.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or service-driven sales.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and coaching others.
• Strong communicator who motivates without micromanaging.
• Organized and dependable under pressure.
• CPR or AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and lead on-duty operations.
• Run daily club activities across Sales, Fitness, Front Desk, Cleaning.
• Coach front desk staff on sales and service standards.
• Support membership growth and personal training promotions.
• Train and onboard new team, reinforce Retro Fitness standards.
• Handle member questions quickly and confidently.
