You will lead a diverse team across sales, fitness, and operations, ensuring a high-energy environment. Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people.
• 3 to 5 years in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Comfortable owning performance metrics and budgets.
• Strong communicator who can coach and correct in the moment.
• High accountability and hands on leadership style.

You will own results, lead a full team across sales, fitness, and operations, and set the tone members feel the moment they walk through the doors. This is a floor leadership role where you win through people, urgency, and daily execution.
