You will lead a diverse team across sales, fitness, and operations, ensuring a high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in leadership roles, a strong focus on sales and retention, and a proactive approach to club performance. • 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people.

• CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

You will own results, lead a full team across sales, fitness, and operations, and set the tone members feel the moment they walk through the doors. This is a floor leadership role where you win through people, urgency, and daily execution.
