Crunch, LLC is seeking a General Manager for our club in the United States. The GM will lead the team to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence, driving financial targets within the annual budget while upholding Crunch brand standards.

The role involves motivating staff, coordinating across departments, and implementing company programs to grow membership and revenue. The candidate should have four years of management experience, a four-year degree preferred, CPR certification,

Qualifications

• Requires four-year college degree or equivalent
• Four years of management experience required
• Experience in fitness management preferred
• Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies for the club
• Communicate and implement club policies to employees
• Encourage teamwork and productivity among staff
• Demonstrate ability to make decisions and recruit top staff
• Lead and motivate team to achieve sales and service goals
• Ensure promotions and programs are communicated to all staff
• Oversee personal training revenue and client acquisition efforts
• Coordinate with fitness, sales, marketing, accounting and IT functions
• Manage budgets and controllable expenses within targets
• Provide an inspirational environment and develop department heads
• Oversee revenue-generating activities including PT, retail, and memberships
• Hold regular department and staff meetings and performance reviews
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, security and quality of service
