• Achieve monthly sales goals, membership goals and personal sales targets
• Maintain a club conversion of 60% or higher
• Close two or more perks partners each month
• Organize and lead two or more community events monthly
• Daily past due account collections and calls
• Ensure ongoing prospecting and generation of new prospective members
• Ensure staff has knowledge about programs, facilities, and equipment
• Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate, and manage the team
• Achieve desired personal training revenue and session production goals
• Lead and motivate the personal training department
• Support company programs and promotions to generate new Personal Training clients
• Integrate Personal Training products into POS presentations
• Ensure Personal Training team follows proper procedures
• Oversee Fitness Director in departmental objectives
