Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a General Manager for a Denton club to drive revenue, lead operations, and build a high-energy, member-first team. You will balance performance targets with people-first leadership and ensure outstanding service.

The role requires flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with a base salary of $60,000–$75,000 and a monthly bonus plus an annual target bonus, for a total on-target earnings of $72,000–$90,000+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience driving membership, service, or sales in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front by achieving personal sales targets while modeling member-first energy.
• Oversee club performance across sales, operations and member experience to deliver value.
• Own revenue, payroll, and performance metrics and take decisive action to improve results.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to increase sales and member satisfaction.
• Develop leaders to deliver results and engagement and create an inclusive, high-energy culture.
