• Ability to coach and develop managers and frontline staff.
• Strong track record of achieving growth targets and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and set the club culture.
• Coach and develop the Sales Manager and Operations Manager.
• Own the sales floor: generate leads, close memberships, drive revenue.
• Run daily operations with a focus on cleanliness, staffing, and service standards.
• Drive growth in people and performance by building a motivated, high-performing team.
