Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Janitor / Maintenance Attendant to keep the club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and guests. You will maintain interior spaces, restrooms, studios, locker rooms, and common areas while ensuring the facility exterior remains presentable.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, independence, reliability, and a strong attention to detail. You will follow sanitation protocols, work closely with club leadership, and support general operations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Any certifications required by applicable state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all interior areas of the club.
• Ensure the exterior of the facility remains clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks according to schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards for a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns when needed.
• Monitor for safety hazards and report maintenance issues to leadership.
