Job summary

The Club at Prescott Lakes is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining the buildings, grounds, equipment, and assets. You will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, setup, cleaning, and preventive duties to keep facilities safe, attractive, and functional at a premier private club.

Work across the Club property, interact with members and guests, and help ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, property maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• General working knowledge of basic maintenance and repair practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Facilities Manager with day-to-day maintenance and repair of Club facilities and equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs as appropriate.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of building systems and assets.
• Assist with room, furniture, equipment, and event setups and breakdowns.
