Job summary

The Club at Prescott Lakes is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining club buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role involves routine maintenance, cleaning, and setup to ensure facilities are safe, attractive, and show-ready for members and guests.

You will work across the property, respond to service requests, assist with event setups, and help uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related field preferred.
• General working knowledge of basic maintenance and repair practices.
• Ability to learn new maintenance skills and procedures.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Good safety practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance and repair of Club facilities and equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance including minor repairs.
• Report safety hazards and equipment failures promptly.
• Assist with preventive maintenance of building systems and assets.
• Support room, furniture, and event setups and breakdowns.
