Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to uphold the upkeep, repair, and cleanliness of the golf club facilities. You will ensure indoor and outdoor areas meet high standards of safety and appearance, handling routine maintenance and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.

The role requires proactive attention to detail, a minimum of 3 years in a maintenance or golf club environment, and the ability to perform or supervise a range of trades.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in general facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment.
• Experience with minor repairs and building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets and floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing).
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Complete daily assignments to club standards and keep areas organized.
• Perform or supervise maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, walls, and ceilings.
• Maintain maintenance and project checklists for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate work requests with supervisor and department heads.
