Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to uphold the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the golf club facilities. You will handle routine maintenance tasks, address repairs, and support operations across indoor and outdoor spaces to create an exceptional environment for members and guests.

The role requires attention to detail, a minimum of 3 years in a similar setting, and ability to perform repairs or coordinate contractors for specialized work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years in facility, property maintenance, or golf club environment preferred.
• Experience with minor repairs, painting, plumbing, and related tasks is valued.
• Training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets and floors: vacuum, spot clean, sweep, mop, and polish all areas.
• Dust and wipe furniture, shelves, desks, fixtures, chandeliers, and HVAC registers.
• Complete daily assignments in accordance with club standards and supervisor expectations.
• Perform or coordinate maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance and project checklist for ongoing improvements.
• Communicate with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, and document work requests.
